Darwin Festival Gin

This gin has native finger lime from Humpty Doo and organic Grapefruit also locally grown, along with Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Grains of Paradise, Strawberry Gum and Lemon Myrtle.

The finger lime is sweet on the tip of the tongue and the citrus flavours grow stronger through the palate, transitioning to a grapefruit finish.

Darwin Festival Gin is best enjoyed with soda, tonic or a “sonic” garnished with a slice of lime or grapefruit. A very refreshing, tropical Top End GT worthy of its festival roots.
